An informal reception and poster session will be held Friday, May 2, 6:30 p.m. in the Gerlinger Alumni Lounge following the last presentation of the day.

Set-up time will be 2:30 pm on Friday, May 2 in Gerlinger around the perimeter of the room. Portable easels will be provided which will hold a 24” x 36” or 32” x 40” poster. White core foam board, tape and tacks will be available to tack up your poster if needed. We are not allowed to tack or tape anything on the walls in Gerlinger so the easels will need to be used.

The Poster Session will be held at 6:30 pm on Friday during the informal reception and will give you an opportunity to discuss your research and answer questions. You may provide handouts if you wish.

Poster removal is your responsibility and will need to be removed by 9:00 p.m. Friday evening.
